The document describes the customer relationship policy of eDEx Research for availing the services provided for Assignments.
eDEx Research will provide a plagiarism report from Turnitin for all the documents or files providing for the clients. The pdf file is your Plagiarism report from Turnitin to know the percentage of similarity in your document.
The word or ppt file is your final document.
You have to save the word or ppt file on your computer or laptop.
Also change the Author name from properties, details, Author name before submitting the same. We are here to provide the best assistance for you. So please note down the following points.
Policy regarding Corrections, Changes, Re-sit & Resubmission of Assignments by eDEx Research.
All the required changes and recommendations should be informed within 48 hours of the delivery of the assignments. All the clients of eDEx Research will be provided with an option for correction 2 times only and it should be informed within 48 hours of the delivery of the document. If the corrections are intimating after the stipulated period which cannot be accepted or it will not be considered for any cases.
Corrections should be done only based on the materials and recommendations or the requirements that has been provided by the clients at the very first time of order booking or delivering the materials provided for the assignment before the date which were intimated to the client. Any other materials or recommendations which was shared after the same will not be considered for corrections and if it has done the client needs to pay additional charges.
Changes or corrections means the recommendations as per the materials already provided by the client. Changes as per any new materials at the time of delivery or after starting the assignments will not be entertained. If any corrections should be done based on any additional materials provided by the client after starting the assignment will require additional payment and it will be done only if it is possible. So, make sure that the client provides all the required details at the first time itself.
eDEx Research is not offering any services within 24 hours, this is to ensure the quality of the services provided.
eDEx Research will take the responsibility in the following cases only.
- Issues regarding similarity in the original file that eDEx Research has been delivered.
- Issues regarding referencing and citations (particularly if there are references without citations or if there are citations in which reference is missing or any wrong citations).
The students have to prove the above discussed same within their file. If so happened eDEx Research will provide either 40% refund or rectify the same.
For any other issue other than the above discussed, eDEx Research will not be liable and will not provide any assistance or refund as it is not able to provide.
Resit or Resubmission policy.
eDEx Research strives to achieve the maximum possible results for all the assignments, but as we know some contingencies may likely happen due to several situations.
If eDEx Research fails to complete or to secure a pass for the client, eDEx Research will study the feedback or Tutor’s or Supervisor’s comments and discuss the same with the client. Further actions will be based on the discussion.
The client should provide the feedback file from Turnitin along with the Tutor’s or Supervisor’s feedback within 48 hours of the Results declaration.
The client has to inform the same within 48 hours after the declaration of the results. If the client fails to do so, eDEx Research can’t help out.
All the clients should provide the following details for the best possible result.
- Assignment Brief
- Module Handbook
- Weekly materials
- Sample Assignments (if there is)
- Assignments explanation video (if there is).
- Company/Country/Policy for the assignment if there is. The client should also inform any special requirement that the client needs while structuring the assignment as a voice note or detailed word document.
Payment Details:
eDEx Research accepts payment in two stages.
Advance payment before the works starts
Balance payment after the works ends and delivering the similarity report from Turnitin.

eDEx Research accepts only international transactions. If you are paying from an Indian bank or Indian bank account of yours or anyone who pays for you is through an Indian account, you have to pay 18% GST along with the total amount for the work.
So, as far as possible kindly transact the same from the International Bank accounts.
